Darla Walker - Owner
As the owner of her own salon, Darla's impressive resume is filled with color workshops, makeup workshops, cutting technique classes, color comprehensive and correction classes, and symposiums from some of the industries top names of Aveda, Bumble and Bumble, Redken, Schwarzkopf, and GHD all ranging from 2001 to 2011, as well as working under national and international award winning color specialist and former L’Oreal educator.
This remarkable list also includes makeup and hair designs as such events as the Country Music Association Awards, David Rodriguez Spring fashion collection, Halston vintage fashion show, and Zang Toi fashion collection, among many other local fashion shows. Her work as a makeup artist and hair stylist has also been displayed in publications such as Nashville Style magazine, N Focus magazine, and various shoots in The Tennessean. As a result she emerged as one of the most sought after stylists in the area. After working as a salon coach, educator, educational director, and stylist to many top artists in the industry, in the spring of 2006, she fulfilled her life long dream of opening the Pink Mullet Salon.
Erinne Agee - Owner
Erinne Agee Holland grew up in Franklin, Tennessee, where she was known for her creativity and her passion for all things fashion and design. She majored in fashion merchandising and business at Lipscomb University, and after graduation, worked as a manager at Redken’s Salon Professional Academy in Nashville, Tennessee. The creative and innovative environment of TSPA encouraged Erinne to enter the profession of hair styling, and as they say, the rest is history!
Erinne is currently an owner at the Pink Mullet. Erinne is a very astute observer – she does her research and develops the best hairstyle, cut, and color for each of her clients. She has a knack for knowing just what her clients need, and her innovative vision is one that truly inspires. She loves what she does – because she gets to transform peoples’ looks and make them feel great about it!
Jill Ehrich
In 2014, Jill journeyed all the way from the ice planet Minnesota to be our newest Mulleteer. Although she was a successful hairdresser and salon owner up north for nearly 16 years, the temperate climate and country twang of Nashville eventually drew her to Middle Tennessee.
Jill is a national educator and platform artist for Redken, bringing an impressive set of credentials and skills to share with us - and YOU. For over ten years, she has taught and inspired hairdressers from coast to coast, including a two-year stint as one of Redken's elite Exchange Facilitators in NYC.
Specializing in haircolor (but skilled in all disciplines), Jill is ready to impress you. Jill's educational work sometimes takes her away from the salon, so reserve your spot with her today!
Alex Pelerossi - Stylist
Alex attended cosmetology school in 2007 after discovering her love for styling family and friends for special events. After attending college, Alex joined the Pink Mullet team in 2012. During her time at the salon she became a certified Redken colorist and a Redken national educator. She maintains her own education by attending hair shows as well as cut, color, and styling workshops and has taken classes from New York to L.A.
Spend some time with Alex, and you will soon realize why her clients describe her as one who puts a lot of thought into her work. For those who may be nervous or unsure about what style they want, Alex is eager to talk through different options in finding what makes her clients feel the most beautiful; and she will take the time to teach you styling tips and what products to use.

Mikinzi McDaniel - Stylist
Mikinzi has been bringing her great energy and style to the business since 2010, bringing it to the Pink Mullet since August of 2012. Mikinzi has a passion for the beauty of haircolor and making a client feel like their most beautiful self.
Mikinzi is a third generation hairstylist in her family. During her time at Paul Mitchell she was a part of their phase II honors program. Mikinzi has received extensive training in color, cutting, and styling including hands on classes in Las Vegas.
Savannah Emens
No matter what you need - from loud, explosive color and edgy cuts, to soft, blended color and everyday styles - Savannah Emens has you covered.
Like all the Mulleteers, Savannah is an education junkie, and - in addition to all the classes she takes - she completed a one-year apprenticeship under our own Jill Ehrich.
Additionally, Savannah is a talented make-up artist and can get you ready for your special occasion, or just an evening out.
